It's been quite a while since I last wrote something, so here I am, 9 days away from my birthday, writing to anyone reading this.
2014 has been a fun year so far, since I got to spend a lot of it with my friends. Just the other day I went swimming with my buddy, Sean, in the river nearby. It was a lot of fun until we found crabs in the water. Later that day we went to the mall in our matching pink shorts. We thought it was funny, but some people were giving us a weird look. But, whatever #YOLO.
In other news, all the radio stations that I know of have been playing hits from all over the past 2 decades ever since new years eve, and they haven't stopped yet. I enjoy it, but I miss hearing all the new sh!t. But for now I'm looking forward to the 20th so I can see what my parents got me for my birthday. Hopefully Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. And then there is the 21st when I'm writing my learners exam. So right now I have to study for that. I'm gonna ace that exam!

The last day of 2013... wow... This year went by so quickly. I still remember the apocalypse of last year. I barely survived that, how am I supposed to accept the fact that I'm getting old?
All we hear about at the moment is everybody's new years resolutions. I don't know what the word resolutions means, so I'm just gonna go on without any resolutions. It just makes me sound so smart. eg. The French resolution started in 1628 and ended in 1789 when Napoleon Dynamite killed Louis the 27th or something like that. See? I should become a historian. I should do a lot of things, but it's way more fun to just take a nap or play video games.
Yesterday my cellphone broke... I'm not getting a new one for like 9 months so now I'm bored a lot of the time and awkward moments will get more awkward because I can't check my cellphone or reply to any messages. Now I can only email and call or text from other people's phones. The worst part is not being able to update my BBM or Whatsapp status to say happy new year to my friends.

It's Christmas again, and as all of you know, it's all about getting gifts from your parents and family and sometimes friends. But there comes a time when you're so old you parents don't know what to buy you, so they just give you money.... so that's exactly what happened to me, but I got a major bonus.... tickets to the Eminem show in Cape Town!!! All I have to do now is wait for the 26th of February.
Another issue with getting older is that a lot of the gifts your parents get you is sometimes underwear and socks and other types of clothing if you don't supervise them while they buy you stuff. I don't know about you, but this happens to me a lot. The only reason I actually look forward to Christmas and my birthday is because of all the money I get. The parties are just extras. With the money from my grandma this year alone, I was able to buy all the Assassin's creeds. Awesome right?
Something I hate about the Christmas holidays are all the ads on TV about all the specials they're having. What's so amazing about paying 50% extra for something just because it's Christmas? They say it's a discount, but is it? Is it really?
