My first story/blog thingy/whatever you would like to call it
Hey there. Yeah, you looking at the screen right now you sexy thang! This is my first ever blog and I would like to kick it off by telling you the story of how I discovered Youtube and possibly the internet.
It was a dark and stormy night, or was it a sunny day? I'm not quite sure, but the point is that I was bored and my dad was on the computer. At that time, I still wasn't used to the internet and it took me by surprise. The website he was on was named Youtube. A mysterious jungle of random videos of people seeking attention. Few of them deserved it, but there was one guy who stood out from the rest: James@war. He made spoofs of popular music and made it look so ridiculous, I already started to judge America. (no offense meant by that statement, you guys are still really cool(Not!))
Anyway, as I was saying the internet was still a strange place to me. I only mastered it by the time I turned 16. That was only a few months after I first discovered 9gag. Tbh I spend almost an hour per day on 9gag, but in the beginning I was amazed by the level of sarcasm the world has achieved, as well as some of the stupidity. As Einstein once said: "There are two things that are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, but I'm not so sure about the universe." I had a good laugh from it, until I realized how much of a noob I still was. Not the Noob Saibot kind of noob, I'm talking about the "can't get past level 3 in Call of Duty: Black Ops zombie mode" noob.
I had a skilled teacher who taught me when and when not to be a grammar nazi, which comments are appropriate and how not to be bad luck brian. I was suddenly caught in a war between the memes, so I decided to catch'em all and become the very best like no-one ever was. To catch them is my real test..... and so on, and so on. (sorry Pokémon)
